KBDD is a highly ethical and innovative manufacturer of premium performance tail blades, dampers and paddles, which fit the majority of various size radio controlled helicopters. We also provide design and prototyping services. We are located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, USA, a part of the Columbus, Ohio metro area where all of our products are designed and manufactured in-house. We support our Dealers and Distributors by only selling wholesale.

All our radio controlled helicopter parts are a composite of materials. Prior to KBDD pilots had the option of plastic or carbon composite. We offer a third option of plastic composite products. We place all our products through rigorous testing before production. Every single item is inspected at least twice and some are inspected four times before being packaged and shipped to our dealers. Customer service and maintaining a high standard of integrity with our customers and their pilots are KBDD’s foremost concerns.

Dick's responsibilities include Marketing and the duties of President and CFO.

Laura's responsibilities include Shipping and Receiving,  Packaging, Office Manager and helps with the company financials.

KBDD is constantly growing and at times all four of the Owners do what is needed with the exception of Dick’s responsibilities. All four owners are equal owners of the company.

KBDD takes great pride in providing quick answers to questions submitted to us. A little known fact is all questions directed to KBDD are made available to all the Owners of KBDD. Although it is true that Dick usually answers most of the business questions and Kevin answers most of the technical questions all Owners are aware of the question and the answers. This allows all the Owners to understand the concerns of our customers and end users, the pilots.
