Newest Products

Extreme Edition Main Blades for the Blade MCPX are available.

These main blades offers more stability, higher performance and durability. These main blades are now balanced to within .0097 grams or 0.15 grains.

Always re-check all settings when changing any part of this helicopter including main blades even if they are from the same Dealer and the same model of product. This helicopter performs better with more power. Make sure your batteries are always in top shape. There are many, many hints and mods available on the Forums including HeliFreak.com, RunRyder.com and RC Heli Groups.com among others for this very popular fun helicopter.

Extreme Edition Dampers for the Gaui X5 and Compass Model Atom 500 have been released.

96mm and 104mm Extreme Edition tail blades were released earlier this year.

These blades have received wide accolades from professional and sport pilots. Our opinion is they are a great combination of superb performance and durability at a great cost when compared to the top performing tail blades. If fact, we believe you cannot get a better blade when all factors are considered including performance, durability and price.

Coming Soon 

We will soon start testing the Extreme Edition dampers for the Align 700.

The design for the MCPX main blade, with the help of KBDD Team Test Pilot Sebastian Zajonz, is proving to build on the performance of the OEM blade while increasing the durability. Testing has proven them to be extremely durable.  We hope to have the main blades released to our Dealers in June.The tail blade design for this helicopter is being scheduled but won't be done for some time.

Happenings

Doug Sheler, a long time member of the KBDD International Pilot Team is now our new Sales Manager for the United States. We are very excited to have Doug working in this position. Doug is well known in the helicopter community. Doug will focus will be introducing KBDD International's products to large and small hobby shops.

KBDD Pilot Team was at the Evansville Heli-Invasion FF. There we presented five year old Mason Dumanski with the very first membership into the KBDD International Future Generation Team. Jeff Pfeifer also joined the KBDD Internation Team. Welcome Both Mason and Jeff to their respective teams. Evansville was a very fun event with a great field, nice people and room to grow. I think they will need the room as this event will only get larger.

I have been horribly remiss in not announcing our newer pilots in the Scandinavian countries. These are also the Compass Model Scandinavian Team Pilots which we also support so forgive my confusion. They are: Klaus Myrseth, Kenneth Fjellheim and Hans Christian Thjømøe. These men have really introduced KBDD to that region. Thanks guys!

Next up is Cincinnati the weekend of June 20th with the Owners and many of the KBDD Team, then  Westerville although we may try to slip over to the XFC in Muncie, IN.

We would like to visit more events but our time is limited due  to getting ready for IRCHA. We are also in the middle of upgrading our equipment. This is taking too long as we watch our inventory run low. We are currently running at 15% of our production. The new target is be in full production May 31. We then look to be able to double production by July 15. Our lease will be up in August of 2012 so soon we will be looking for a new location with much more room. Myself and the other Owners of KBDD International thank you. Without you we would never have experienced this type of growth. That is also the message we try to show when we visit events. We are not there for us, we are there for you!
